Rhode Islanders may purchase a U.S. flag through my office. At your request, and for an additional charge, you can order a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol. These flags will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity that includes the name of the person or organization for whom the flag was flown, as well as the occasion for which it was flown.
If you would like your flag to be flown on a specific date, please send payment to my office at least two weeks prior to the date you wish the flag to be flown. Flags will be shipped within four weeks of date flown or receipt of payment.
