Today, after the U.S. Senate passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2018, which authorizes $692.2 billion for the Department of Defense (DOD) and for national security programs of the U.S. Department of Energy, Senate Armed Services Committee Ranking Member Jack Reed discussed the bill on the Senate Floor.
