Senator Reed will joined representatives from the Providence Preservation Society, Preserve RI, Grow Smart RI, and other organizations for a tour of Room & Works, a modern apartment complex and workspace in a historic, four-story brick building. The space has served as a center for makers and innovators since 1890 and now features 40 apartments, office space, and professional-grade kitchens for Providence’s first culinary incubator.
