Senator Reed presented overdue military medals to 94-year-old World War II veteran and West Warwick resident Thomas Rogerson. Mr. Rogerson was drafted into the army from the Civilian Conservation Corps and was stationed in Pearl Harbor during the Second World War. Medals being received by Mr. Rogerson will include the Good Conduct Medal, the American Defense Service Medal, the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, the World War II Victory Medal, and the Honorable Service Lapel Button WWII.
