Sen. Jack Reed joined the Department of Environmental Management’s director Janet Coit and the Rhode Island Department of Health to announce a new partnership with a sunscreen company called Raw Elements, to offer complimnetary sunscreen at local beaches to help protect Rhode Islanders from skin cancer.
