Built in 1978, Greenwood Terrace is a 53-unit low income elderly housing development that receives Section 8 rental assistance through a Housing Assistance Payment (“HAP”) contract in the amount of $738,072 per year, and the HAP Contract for Greenwood Terrace runs through May 31, 2031.
